Unplug

Your angels would like you do your best to unplug from technology today. Even if it is only for an hour or so, step away from the computer, turn off your phone, and just be. We are so distracted by all that we can acess; from music to television, technology can create so much static in our heads that was cannot hear our angels or Spirit as clearly as we could. Notice how you feel as you step away from your technology. Does it create anxiety? Do you feel relief. Just notice, and then breathe.
