Your angels would like you to spend some time outdoors, even if it is only for a moment or two. Breathe in the fresh air. Stand under a tree, put your feet in water. Nature reminds us of God's perfect, divine order, and that we are all connected to Source. It is also important to clear ourselves from all the different energies that can get stuck on us when we are inside around electronics all day. So, go outside and commune with nature!
